Cancellation and Refund
At any point of time, if you intend to unsubscribe from the product access, you can do so by writing to support@easywaybill.in. Our customer support team will get in touch with you and get the subscription cancelled. Once cancelled, the refund amount will be calculated from the active subscription amount as follows:

| 1 | More than 90% of volume or days | No refund. Just cancellation of service applicable |
| 2 | Less than 90% and more than 50% of volume or days | 50% of active subscription amount |
| 3 | Less than 50% of volume and days | 100% of active subscription amount |
The refund will be initiated within 2 business days and it will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days.
Returns
Not applicable as EasyWayBill is an online mobile application and no transport of Goods is happening.
