Cancellation and Refund
At any point of time, if you intend to unsubscribe from the product access, you can do so by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer support team will get in touch with you and get the subscription cancelled. Once cancelled, the refund amount will be calculated from the active subscription amount as follows:

The refund will be initiated within 2 business days and it will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days.
Not applicable as EasyWayBill is an online mobile application and no transport of Goods is happening.
