  • IRIS applications connect to Government and other external systems to make available data after due authentication of users accessing our application. Users are expected to make use of data only for core business operations related to logistics. Sharing data for other purposes, commercial or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.

IRIS Logix Solutions may run advertisements and promotions from third parties on the Web Site or Application. This Website/Application is not affiliated to Government of India. It is a connecting platform allowing users to interact with the government system / databases in an easier manner. In No Event Shall IRIS Logix Solutions, Its Affiliates, Its Licensors, Its Suppliers or any Third Parties mentioned at the Web Site or Application be liable for any Financial, Incidental, Indirect, Exemplary, Punitive and Consequential Damages, Lost Profits, Lost Reputation, Lost Goodwill or Damages Resulting from Lost Data or Business Interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use or incorrect utilization of the Web Site or Application. Any ambiguous language in this terms and conditions shall be interpreted according to its fair meaning and shall not be construed for or against any party.

Jurisdiction
